Christmas Chior 2017

The Webb Christmas Choir practice begins Sunday afternoon October 8th at 1:15 pm. If you love singing and great fellowship, come join us! You don't have to be a member of WBC to sing with us. The musical this year is "The Greatest Story Ever Told" by Dennis and Nan Allen. This is what Dennis and Nan have to say about their musical:

It is not a fairytale, a myth, or a bedtime story. It is the true story of God's son being born of a virgin, wrapped in swaddling clothes, and laid in a manger in Bethlehem. Angels told shepherds, and stargazers came from the Far East to be among his first worshippers. It is a beautiful story that we recreate every Christmas.

This musical, which includes the great Gaither Vocal Band song “It's Still the Greatest Story Ever Told”, follows the account of the Savior's birth from the viewpoints of many who witnessed it firsthand. A lot of the details are unknown, but what the bible tells us about this event has never been disproven.

As we were writing this, we decided that the best way to end this presentation was to proclaim the gospel to those who may not have heard, and encourage believers to tell everyone, so we all can have the hope, peace, and eternal salvation that the Author of this great story offers us. Even though the story of Christ’s living, dying, and rising again is finished, the book hasn't closed just yet, because he is coming again! We prayerfully present to you “The Greatest Story Ever Told!”

Blessings Dennis and Nan Allen.
